The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

Draguun

Raage

This is one of a trio of "Draguun" brothers that I created, all using heads from the old Jjaku the Nightmare figure from Spawn: Samuari Wars.

Recipe

The necks on these figures, which all came from that aforementioned Jjaku the Nightmare figure from the Spawn line, are “bendy”. They have rubber wires inside. To get them to work with Legions, I had to drill a tiny hole in the torso and insert the wire into that torso.

For these characters, I liked the idea of outfitting them in very colorful and shiny armor as a nod to dragon-kin’s affinity for treasure and beautiful things. I used a Faunus, B’alam, and Lord Veteris figures as the bases. Initially I planned to give them all wings and tails, but I only had 1 set of wings (which are from an old LOTR Balrog figure) and 1 tail to start with. I ended up liking the fact that the trio had different physical characteristics, so rather than make them all have those parts, I showed some restraint and really made each figure look different in terms of the parts used. I also left the hooved feet on Kurown simply because I thought it also looked cool and unusual.

I did add some paint to these heads and necks to tie each one into the armor that was being used for the character. The tail used here on Raage is from the same figure that the heads came from. It simply plugs into port on the pelvis of the figure.
