The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

King

King Treadaway

I love using Masters of the Universe Classics heads on my Mythic Legions customs. Because those toys were also sculpted by the Four Horsemen, I find that many of the heads just works wonderfully with Mythic Legions' bodies. This is one example of a MOTU head and a ML body working perfectly together!

I call this custom "King Treadaway" of the kingdon of Little Fals because the sculpt is based on the likeness of one of the Horsemen, Eric Treadaway, and their shop is located in Little Falls, NJ.  .

Recipe

This is a very basic custom figure, but the end result looks really nice. The head for this custom comes from a Masters of the Universe Eldor figure. I removed that head and dremeled it out so that it would fit on top of a Mythic Legions neck post.

The armor on the top of Eldor's head is a perfect color match for the armor color on Sir Galeron, so I used that figure's body as the base of my custom.

All that remained for this custom was his accessories. His crown (which is obviously an important part of this kingly character) came from a WWE Create a Superstar HHH figure. There was originally a skull face mask attached to the crown, but I carefully sliced that mask off with an X-acto blade so I could use just the crown (the skull mask was used in my Gladiatorc custom). For his weapon, I gave him a mace that also works well as a sceptre-like accessory.

For the final touch, the King sits upon his throne, which is a Marvel Select Doctor Doom accessory.
