The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

King

Lord Solomon

In my version of Mythoss, I’ve created a kingdom called Hezar Afsana. It is basically an Arabian Nights-inspired desert kingdom populated by djinn, ifrit, stealthy assassins, wealthy merchants, traveling magi, and more. The ruler of this kingdom, and master of the powerful magical geniefolk thanks to the golden lamp he wields, is Lord Solomon.

As soon as I saw the Lord Veteris figure, I knew he would be the base for my Lord Solomon. The unique, metallic color on his armor was perfect for my desert kingdom’s ruler and the master of the djinn. I did need to find a new head, however, since I didn’t want to use the Gorgo or Gideon style heads that Veteris came with. I needed something unique and royal looking, which I found with a MOTU Light Hope head (thanks to Eric Zertuche for the hookup on that head). I repainted the head to match the armor, and also added some matching paint to a Warcraft sword. Obviously, he also has his magic lamp, which is from a MOTU Prahvus.

For my display, Lord Solomon sits on a large throne from a Mortal Kombat Shao Kahn and he is flanked by the djinn an ifrit that he has enslaved.
