The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

Bounty Hunter

Zuckuss

Another figure in my “Hunter’s Guild” series of designs inspired by the Star Wars Bounty Hunters. This is my version of Zuckuss!

Oddly enough, Zuckuss was always one of my favorite of the bounty hunters. Just something about his design always appealed to me. For my custom, I knew I wanted Zuckuss to be shorter than the rest of the figures, so I decided to use a goblin base body from the start. Initially I was trying to make him more bug-like, but I eventually decided to make him a “sand goblin.” That was my way of taking the Zuckuss story lore and altering it to work in my version of Mythoss.

Recipe

The body on this is a mix of parts, with arms and head from a goblin legion and lower legs from Knubnik. The upper legs are from Lord Aydon, but I actually sliced those legs a bit to make them shorter, adding new holes so they would still pop into the hips like normal and retain all articulation. The torso is from Thistlehorn. His soft goods robe is from a SW Black Series Obi-Wan and his chest armor and hands are from a LOTR King Theoden. His quiver is from Articulated Icons. I removed the normal arrows and filled it with all the extra arrows I have had lying around from my ML figures! Finally, his crossbow is a gun I got in an auction that I tweaked with an Articulated Icons bow to make a new weapon for this character.
