The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

Demon

Krampus

A few years ago, I was introduced to the "Christmas demon" known as Krampus. I was immediately captivated by this unique yuletide character and began reading as much as I could find about this character. Interestingly, I discovered that, despite his demonic appearance, in the Bavarian Alps where he seems to have originated from, he is not really a "bad guy", but rather a companion of St. Nicolas. To that end, I imagine my Krampus as part of my "Winter Court", alongside my Winter King, Mari Lwyd, and Lord of the North Pole.

Recipe

The body on this figure is from an Asterionn with a head from a Barbarian kit. The beard was repainted to match the rest of the character's "fur" parts. The head had two holes drilled into it where I glued in the horns, which came from a Marvel Legends Odin (they were repainted). The cape is from a Marvel Select Doom, but the fur part on his back and shoulders is from a Marvel Legends Loki. His whip came from a Spawn figure and his "switches" are a broomstick from a Neca Nightmare B4 Christmas witch.
